Townside Property Management has served the New River Valley since 1976. Started as a real estate sales firm, Townside split off as a standalone property management company in the early 2000's.

Today our team is privileged to work with owners and residents of 1,000+ rental properties.  We work hard everyday to help make Virginia's New River Valley a great place to call home.
